God Gave Me A Mountain

IN life .. sometimes the problems we face seem like mountains
whether it be a loss of a loved one or some major financial crisis
or some other pain that is very hard for us to bear.
Whatever MOUNTAIN is in our view .. the pain that accompanies it
is sometimes .. .too much for us to carry alone.

Our loved ones try to give us comfort and to some extent they do
but the pain within is still so strong that it eats away at our
mind and our heart in the quiet times of the day and night.

The pain within is so grave and so strong that
we cry silently sometimes .. not sharing our pain and wondering if
it will ever go away.  Sometimes weeks, months and even years go by
and we wonder if it will ever end.

Why do we feel such great pain, why can't it
end and go away? Why does God give us such big mountains?

I do not have all the answers but I do know that God
is our comfort and our peace of mind.  It is these times
 that we need him more than ever before.

Romans 8:28 ..And we know that all things work together for the good
to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.

Ecclesiastes 3:1 .. To everything there is a season, A time for every purpose under heaven:

II Corinthians 1:3 ...Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father
of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation,
that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the
comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.

John 14:27 ..."Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives
do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
John 16:33 .."These things I have spoken to you , that in Me you may have peace. In the world
you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world"
